The construction was a bit of an issue for us the first 2 days only because we were jet lagged from an overnight flight, but otherwise, it did not matter. Your customer service is the best I have ever had, and we were sorry to ask so many questions dsee more

This home has been designed for the best of vacation stays with comfort and function in mind. The light-filled two-story town home is modern and stylish with clean lines and accents of Mexican charm. Collected over many years of travel the house is filled with beautiful pieces of art and textiles. The northern wall is double height, constructed with glass overlooking a lovely herb-filled patio on the ground floor and offering amazing cathedral views.
The first floor boasts a modern chef’s kitchen with a large cooktop island and an open concept living and dining area. This area opens to the garden patio for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A garden sala ( outdoor living room ) with Mexican architectural details completes the open patio space. The first floor also has a large bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and a smart TV.
As you come up the stairs to the second floor, you are greeted with a breathtaking view of San Miguel’s cathedral. This living room has comfortable seating areas, a desk, and a fireplace. This room has a heating/air-conditioning mini split, making it comfortable all year. The master bedroom is also on this level with an en suite and walk-in closet. This room also has a heating/air-conditioning mini split unit and a large screen smart TV.
Additional Features: AC in master bedroom. High-pressure water purification system, fiber optic, WiFi, and telephone. Maid two mornings per week. Tips are paid directly to the staff.

Casita Cascada is a comfortable home with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bright living-dining room and patio. Perfect for guests of the main home or as a rental as it has its own entrance. The house has an open styled living area with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. About 4 blocks or a 5 minute walk to the main square. The kitchen and living area on are the second level or entry which also has the guest bedroom with a pull out sofa. The second level is the master suite with a king bedroom, bathroom and roof terrace with great views!
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.
RENTAL RATES:
Weekly: $ 1,102.50 and $ 1,323 High Season Jan - March & Holidays
Per Month: $ 2,520 and $ 3,024 High Season Jan - March & Holidays
