Newly Constructed 3 bedroom home on one of San Miguel's most charming streets. This home was built by one of the best architects/builders in town. Three guest rooms each with ensuite baths, separate den/office, mini splits ( AC & Heat ) in each bedroom, chef's kitchen, incredible western views including the Parroquia from the living, dining and kitchen areas. This home comes with a super talented cook and maid. Children 10 and over accepted. No exceptions.
Elevator provides access to each floor including the roof terrace which has a kitchenette and dining area. Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful home.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.

Our hosts were in contact from the beginning and took care of everything from the driver to and from the airport to groceries when we arrived, where we were greeted with homemade guacamole, salsa and chips and perfect margaritas. We loved the staff and they took good care of us. We had lovely breakfasts every morning. Thank you for everything! We all recommend this wonderful home.

Experience the perfect getaway in this charming three-bedroom vacation rental, conveniently located near the Live Aqua Hotel and just a few minutes walk from the Aurora Factory. This spacious and comfortable house features a ground floor guest room with a king bed and private bathroom, while the upper level offers two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds, both with private bathrooms.

Step outside to relax by the swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip during your stay.
