Newly constructed two bedroom home in centro. This home was just finished and is available as a vacation rental property.
On the lower level you'll find an open air living space with the kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is also a patio with a soothing fountain and gas grill. This level also has a powder room.
There are two bedrooms on the upper levels one with king a sized bed and the other with a queen , plenty of closet space and flat screen televisions. Both rooms have en-suite baths with both a shower and bathtub. On the roof terrace you'll find 360 degree views of San Miguel and a comfortable area to relax. Just a couple of steps away you'll find El Manantial, a cozy neighborhood cantina of over 100 years. Don't miss the camaron con tocino ( shrimp bacon ) tacos or ginger margaritas!!
Features: Filtered water, cable TV, high speed internet and a maid and gardener ( M W & F ).
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Casita Cascada is a comfortable home with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bright living-dining room and patio. Perfect for guests of the main home or as a rental as it has its own entrance. The house has an open styled living area with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. About 4 blocks or a 5 minute walk to the main square. The kitchen and living area on are the second level or entry which also has the guest bedroom with a pull out sofa. The second level is the master suite with a king bedroom, bathroom and roof terrace with great views!
