This newly constructed home is located in centro near the intersection with Homobono. It is slightly uphill creating expansive views of San Miguel's skyline. One walks into a large entry surrounded by a jacaranda tree hundreds of years old. The living room has double height ceilings and is filled with light. The attached dinning and kitchen make this living feel as spacious as it is. Just outside is a large garden with dining table and comfortable seating surrounding a fire pit. The views begin here with sight of most churches in San Miguel. Finally, this lower level has a bedroom suite with a king sized bed, en suite bath and large closet. This room also has direct access to the entry garden.
On the second level there are two additional bedrooms both with king sized beds and en suite baths. The level also has a small loft overlooking the living room and has a small working desk. The roof terrace is complete with a large sitting area, dining table, large grill and a powder room.
Full time maid service ( maid can help with light breakfasts only ), AC in every bedroom, filtered water throughout, high speed Wifi, cable TV with 10 US channels, luxurious bedding, towels and bath robes. This owner has paid attention to every detail. Pets are not permitted.
