Description
Newly constructed home with state of the art systems. Home automation system for entry, lights, fireplaces, etc. Filtered water throughout. Viking kitchen appliances. Two suites ( one on the lower level ) with king-sized beds and ensuite baths. Open living area with double high ceilings and large skylight which doubles as a swimming pool.
The roof terrace has some of the best views in San Miguel with a seating area, plunge pool, grill, ice machine, refrigerator & half bath. An amazing space to enjoy the day or evenings in the heated pool with 360-degree views of San Miguel.
No detail was spared in the design and build of this home. Located off of Chorro on a small Callejon it's a bit uphill but worth every step.
Maid service 3 times per week. Tips paid in advance and pool heat at renters expense.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time

Casita Cascada is a comfortable home with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bright living-dining room and patio. Perfect for guests of the main home or as a rental as it has its own entrance. The house has an open styled living area with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. About 4 blocks or a 5 minute walk to the main square. The kitchen and living area on are the second level or entry which also has the guest bedroom with a pull out sofa.
