Description
Reconstructed from a ruin on Centro, this home has a wonderful combination of traditional features and modern conveniences.
Each bedroom is surrounded by private sitting areas including multiple terraces. This makes for a comfortable home for larger groups of family and friends.
Upon entering the house you'll find a kitchen with a breakfast nook leading to a large living area and dining room. On this level are two bedrooms one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twins which are easily made into a king-sized bed.
On the second level, there is a large living area with a small kitchenette. Surrounding this area are three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the other with an individual-sized bed. Also on this level is a den/yoga room with a queen-sized Murphy bed with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have their own fireplaces and each is filled with light.
This home comfortably accommodates 11 guests but is also priced for smaller groups.
Some highlights:
Filtered water throughout, WiFi, cable, and local landline, staff available Monday to Friday full time, Saturday half time, who can prepare light breakfasts.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.
RENTAL RATES:
Nightly: $ 998 / 1,197 HS & Holidays. For 8 guests (2 Night min.)
Weekly: $ 4,830/ 5,796 HS & Holidays. For 8 guests.
$ 53 for each additional guest up to 11 maximum
Monthly: $ 12,600 / 15,120 HS & Holidays
* Holiday weeks and Winter months are at a 20% premium.
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%

Open the door to 64 and step into the oasis of Mexico Time. This house is more than an abode it’s a Time Machine, so lovingly restored and decorated it feels like you are in another age. Multiple water fountains bring calm and a quiet rhythm to this place. The multiple open courtyards and roof decks allow you to choose shadesun any time of the day. Bring your whole family and spoil the kids and give them all a suitecome with multiple families and enjoy the community spaces while all having enough space to call their own. This house is a true gem that will make your vacation a one off. Oh, and there is a whole town to explore outside, good job it’s only steps away from the front door, you can have your cake and eat it while staying at 64.

Vacation Rental with Swimming Pool - 4 Bedroom Home
This amazing home is located in the center of a gated community. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms just off the entry courtyard in an independent casita. It has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende from the main level and is just 15 15-minute walk to the Jardin. This location offers privacy and security in a very comfortable setting. Each of the four bedrooms has access to outdoor spaces. There are large and comfortable areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunset.
This home has a large swimming pool, wine cellar, and gourmet kitchen next to a large comfortable dining room. Full-time maid and chef who is known for her delicious breads and pastries. Gardener 3 days per week. Pool heating is at the tenant's expense. Privada del Sol has a newly remodeled pickleball court. Rackets are available for your use.
This home is a paradise to stay in! All prices are for the 4-bedroom property. The casita will not be rented independently. Please request prices if you are interested in renting the entire 6 bedrooms.
