Every detail has been meticulously crafted, from imported materials to carefully selected interiors, ensuring an unparalleled experience. The property features five guest rooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms, plus a room with two single beds, also with a private bathroom. Two of the bathrooms offer comfortable bathtubs, while the others include spacious showers and rest areas. Additionally, there are three courtesy bathrooms conveniently located on the main level. The spacious living room features a chef's kitchen, an auxiliary kitchen with a wall-mounted refrigerated wine cellar and a hidden bar. Next to the kitchen, there is a cozy breakfast nook and a formal dining room. Step outside and discover a beautiful garden that includes a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and seating by the fireplace. A rooftop terrace offers views of the iconic Parroquia, making it an ideal place for celebrations or relaxing with a glass of wine. This exquisite property is equipped with high-speed internet, air conditioning, a SONOS sound system, hair dryers, safes in three rooms, and a water purification system.
Staff services are available Monday through Friday (9 AM to 2 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM to 12 PM). Upon arrival, the chef will prepare appetizers and margaritas. Daily breakfast is included. Children permitted over 5 years of age. Pets are not allowed. Events exceeding 12 guests require approval. Staff in San Miguel does not work on Sundays or national holidays. However, special arrangements can be made with additional payment.

What an amazing villa! I had never been to San Miguel before and this was certainly the way to visit this amazing town. This villa is BEYOND in every way - interior design, furnishings, artwork, exterior space, amenities, staff (cook Patricia was amazing with quality of food and variety for breakfast, snacks, dinner, etc) and overall ambience. This home is so stunning and the owners have clearly taken great care to make it so welcoming. Working with Jim Castro and Lucia at E&V was a treat - they were very responsive and gave us recommendations for several local sites and restaurants. Do not hesitate for a minute if you are considering renting this villa!

Prior to our arrival, Lucia was amazing in getting us answers to all our questions. She was so responsive to our requests. She even provided us with numerous recommendations of things to do while in SMA. The villa was amazing beyond my expectations!! Within walking distance of so many things, many gathering areas for our group, beautiful art, gorgeous outdoor space and fabulous bedrooms that each had ensuite baths. Jim and Lucia met us at the villa when we checked in and walked us thru all the intricacies. They were always available for any questions we had about things in the villa. Our 2 week stay was so relaxing thanks to the beautiful villa, the extremely accommodating villa staff and all of Jim and Lucia's assistance.

Vacation Rental with Swimming Pool - 4 Bedroom Home
This amazing home is located in the center of a gated community. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms just off the entry courtyard in an independent casita. It has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende from the main level and is just 15 15-minute walk to the Jardin. This location offers privacy and security in a very comfortable setting. Each of the four bedrooms has access to outdoor spaces. There are large and comfortable areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunset.
This home has a large swimming pool, wine cellar, and gourmet kitchen next to a large comfortable dining room. Full-time maid and chef who is known for her delicious breads and pastries. Gardener 3 days per week. Pool heating is at the tenant's expense. Privada del Sol has a newly remodeled pickleball court. Rackets are available for your use.
This home is a paradise to stay in! All prices are for the 4-bedroom property. A two bedroom casita may be added. Please request prices if you are interested in 6 bedrooms
